1 year old Baby Swapnali Bharat Pachangre is sufferring from TGA ASD PH (a type of heart disease ) requires Atrial Switch operation surgery.The costs of her treatment is Rs 60,000/-.

11/2 month old Baba Krishna Ashok Suranje i is suffering from tetralogy of fallot (type of heart disease) require Intra Cardiac repair surgery the costs of which is Rs 60,000/-.

Krishna's Father is a vegetable vendor and earning Rs 3,000/- pm and Swapnila's father is a security guard and earns Rs 100/- per day. They cannot afford the costs of treatment and hence they approached us for help.

Your timely help can save their lives.

We appeal to you on their behalf to send donations by Cheque or D.D. in the name of “Child Care Foundation” and addressed to 15, Rukaiya Chamber, 2nd Floor, 153, Janjikar Street, Mumbai - 400 003.

The donor should also give his/her name with full postal address and contact number along with the cheque or draft to enable us to send the receipt of the donation & 80(G) Certificate of Income Tax.

	Your donation is entitled for deduction u/s. 80(G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

	Our Foundation is registered under Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 vide Registration No. E- 23808 (Mumbai).
