Fund Required for future projects

FUND REQUIRE FOR FUTURE PROJECT
(April 2011 to March 2012)

Our future target is to help 3,000 children for their medical treatment and the cost would be Rs. 1,50,00,000/- app.

We will provide education to the poor underprivileged children and create awareness of education in slum & rural areas by visiting them or visiting local Schools & educational institutions run for the poor needy children.
The cost of the same are as under :

The cost of the books & uniform per child would be Rs 2,500/-.
And if we provide school fees & tuition fees to the poor children then the cost would be Rs 7,000/- per child.
Our target is to help around 400 children during the current year.
The minimum cost of providing education would be Rs 38,00,000/-
The cost of creating awareness about importance of education would be Rs 1,00,000/- (including hoardings & banners, conducting educational camps, distributing pamphlets & brouchers in the rural areas.)
The cost of food to be provided to the malnourished children detected in slum or tribal area would be approximately Rs 3,500/- per child and his family per month.
The cost for each camp would be approximately Rs.1,33,000/-. If we organise 6 camps in a year than the cost would be around Rs.7,98,000/-.
We have decided to provide pension to senior citizens who are abandoned by their families for which the yearly cost of 1 person would be Rs.8,000/-.
We have decided to adopt 200 orphan children for education, medical aid and providing other necessities of life to them and the cost of that would be Rs.40,00,000/-. (This also includes adoption of HIV positive children).
We also want to appoint volunteers to work for us. These volunteers will unearth child labour and child abuse in our society.
In the current year we will appoint about 600 volunteers and provide them plastic laminated Identity Cards.
The cost of maintaining these volunteers would be Rs.3,00,000/-. ( Cost to provide Caps, T-shirts, ID-Cards, and Foods in camps, Conferences and Meetings).
Administrative Expenses - Rs.10,00,000/-. (Expenses to run the foundation).
